- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Cook and mash potatoes; add butter, onion, mushroom soup and milk to potatoes.

2Cube Velveeta and add to mixture.
