  • 1 (1 lb. 10 oz.) bag frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can potato soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 stick butter (melted)
  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bag of sour cream & chives or cheddar cheese potato chips

Directions

    Thaw hash browns.

    Add rest of ingredients; mixing well. Pour in greased 9x13 pan.

    Top with crushed flavor chips.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
