  • 1 cup Canned Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 package (32 Oz. Size) Frozen Southern-style Hash Browns-thawed
  • 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 1/4 cups Bread Crumbs

    Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.

    In a large bowl, mix together soup and yogurt. Add thawed potatoes and cheese. Mix until well combined. Pour into prepared baking dish and smooth the top.

    In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until bubbly.
