  • 4 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 pt. milk
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 6 oz. rum
  • 1/2 c. powdered instant coffee

Directions

    Blend Ricotta and milk.

    Add sugar and rum; mix well until custard consistency.

    Place in serving dishes; chill.

    Just before serving, dust with powdered instant coffee.
