  • 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

    Thaw hash browns.

    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and spread evenly. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over potatoes and spread evenly. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Let set 15 minutes before serving.
