- 6 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 carton (1 pint) sour cream
Directions

1Cook potatoes with skins on. Boil until tender.

2Peel and grate.

3Salt to taste. Cook margarine and cheese together in a large pan until melted. Add sour cream. Stir well.

4Stir in potatoes until well mixed.

5Pour into buttered casserole. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika.

6Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
