  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Stir in butter and half and half over low heat.

    Pour over potatoes in 2-quart baking dish.
