- 1 pt. half and half
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

1Melt Velveeta cheese.

2Stir in butter and half and half over low heat.

3Pour over potatoes in 2-quart baking dish.

4Let stand 1 hour or longer.

5Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
