  • 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed (Ore-Ida brand works best)
  • 12 oz. fat-free sour cream
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (98% fat-free)
  • salt/pepper
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 6 green onions, sliced with greens
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Cheddar cheese

    In 9 x 13 sprayed pan, combine everything except corn flakes. Mix well.

    Top with corn flakes and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cover with foil for the first 30 minutes, then uncover for final baking.

    Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
