- 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Put potatoes in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Melt margarine and mix with sour cream, soup, cheese and onion.

3Pour over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350°.
