- 32 oz. bag frozen hash browns
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
Directions

1Melt margarine, Velveeta and half and half together in saucepan.

2Pour over frozen hash browns in casserole dish. (Grease casserole dish or spray with Pam.)

3Let sit for 1 hour. Bake at 350° uncovered for 45 to 60 minutes.

4Let sit for about 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

5Potatoes will seem very liquidy when removing from oven, but will thicken up as they sit for the 10 to 15 minutes.
