- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1/4 cups Cornstarch
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Herbs Parsley, Basil, Thyme
- 1/4 cups Fried Bacon, Fat Drained And Crumbled
- 1/4 cups Onion, Chopped
- 1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper, Ground
- 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese

1Grease and flour a large baking sheet. Set aside. Preheat oven to 325 F.

2In a large bowl, mix together the rice, cornstarch, milk, egg, fresh herbs, fried bacon, chopped onion, and all purpose flour. Mix until all is combined. Add the baking powder, salt and pepper, stir to combine, then let it rest for 10 minutes.

3Now, you must make the puffs. For that, you should take two medium spoons and use them to shape a ball of dough. First, with one spoon, pick up some dough. Then, with the other spoon, shape a ball. After that, put the ball on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough.

4After you make all the puffs, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of all puffs. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
