Cheesy Rice Squares

  • 3 c. cooked rice (Minute rice works!)
  • 4 oz. shredded American cheese
  • 1/2 c. snipped parsley
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Mix together the rice, cheese, parsley, onion and salt. Combine eggs, milk and Worcestershire sauce and add it to the rice mixture.

    Mix well.

    Pour into a greased 10 x 6-inch baking dish (or spray with Pam cooking spray, then pour in rice mixture). Bake in a slow 325° oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Serves 6 to 9.
