  • 3 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • onions, bell pepper, garlic, etc. (to individual taste)
  • 1 lb. crawfish

Directions

    Saute seasonings; add other ingredients (except crawfish). Cook a few minutes.

    Add crawfish, salt and pepper.

    Cook about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Serve over rice.
