  • 1 (15 oz.) can Del Monte spinach
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. cubed firm white bread
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Drain spinach, squeezing out excess liquid. Combine all ingredients. Pour into 1-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until tests done. Serves 6.
