  • 2 (8 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 10 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 10 ounces shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons garlic powder (more if you like)
  • 12 cup light cream
  • 4 tablespoons flour, if needed to thicken

Directions

    Thaw the spinach in the microwave and squeeze to remove excess water.

    Place the spinach in a large pot on the stove, medium high heat.

    Add rest of the ingredients stirring to mix it all together.

    Let the cheese get melted.

    If the mixture is still liquidy then add flour one tablespoon at a time until it thickens.

    Serve warm with tortilla chips or crusty bread.
