  • 1/2 pound hotdogs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 tablespoonful of honey
  • 2 1/2 tablespoonful of barbecue sauce, your favorite
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonful of yellow prepared mustard
  • 1/3 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

    Split hotdogs lengthwise but don't cut all the way thru.

    Open it like a book.

    Heat oil and fry till brown and crispy.

    Move to paper towels, to absorb excessive oil.

    Drizzle honey, barbecue sauce, mustard on top

    Sprinkle with cheese.
