Cheesy Squash Casserole

  • 6 to 8 medium yellow crookneck squash or 2 pkg. 10 oz. frozen cut squash
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. medium Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 3/4 c. herb seasoned dry stuffing

    Cut squash into pieces and chop onion.

    Cover both with water in a saucepan and

    Drain and salt to taste. Mash mixture and mix
