  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Cheddar Cheese Spread, softened
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 cup cooked finely diced potato
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 red capsicum, finley chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 12 sheets filo pastry
  • spray olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed

Directions

    Combine cheese spread and sweet chilli sauce in a bowl until smooth.

    Add potato, corn, peas, capsicum, onion, flour and cumin and mix until well combined.

    Take 1 filo sheet and spray with oil.

    Fold in half lengthways to form a long rectangle.

    Place a heaped tablespoon of mixture onto one end.

    Fold sides inward, about 2cm, spray with oil, then roll up to enclose the filling.

    Repeat with remaining filo and filling.

    Place onto a baking tray, spray with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

    Bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
