  • 6 large baking potatoes uniformly sized
  • 3 large red onions, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 20 large button mushrooms halved
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil

    Cover the potatoes with water in a large saucepan, cook until barely tender, about 30 minutes. Drain and run cool water over until cool enough to handle. Slice into about 1/2 inch thick slices. Combine with the garlic, mushrooms and onions. Toss with the soy sauce in a large bowl. Brush or spray the grill with oil, put the grill on medium heat. In a single layer
