  • dressing your choice
  • 1/2 cup celery sliced
  • 1/4 cup radishes sliced
  • 3 scallions chopped
  • cucumber slices
  • 2 tomatoes quartered
  • 1 cup meat strips : chicken, turkey, ham
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese or Swiss
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
