- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 cup Minute Rice
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 can mixed vegetables (or vegetable of your choice; can omit entirely)
- Cheese, type and quantity of your choice
