Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 cup Minute Rice
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1 can mixed vegetables (or vegetable of your choice; can omit entirely)
  • Cheese, type and quantity of your choice

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onion; drain.

    Add remainder of ingredients except cheese.

    Simmer 10 minutes.

    Pour into casserole dish and top with cheese.

    Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
