- 1 can (15 oz) pitted cherries, drained well
- 1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained well and halved
- 1 tsp finely grated orange peel
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- None None Vanilla yogurt, to serve
- None None FOR THE CRUMBLE TOPPING
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp chilled butter, chopped
- 1 None egg white

1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place cherries and peaches in a bowl. Mix orange peel and juice, vanilla and sugar in a small bowl. Pour over fruit and toss gently to combine. Spoon into an 8-inch square baking dish. Set aside.

2For the crumble topping, place oats, almonds and sugar in a bowl and mix well to combine. Use fingertips to rub butter into mixture. Whisk egg white in a small bowl. Add egg white to oats and mix well to combine. Spoon crumble topping evenly over fruit.

3Bake for 25-30 mins, until golden. Spoon into bowls and serve warm with yogurt.
