- 1 pound Vacuum Packed Roasted Chestnuts, Peeled
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Cherry Juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in a saute pan over medium heat. Add the chestnuts and toss to coat and heat through, about 2 minutes. Add vinegar and cherry juice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until reduced to a glaze, 3 minutes or so. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
