  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 1 small can pie cherries
  • 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten

Directions

    Mix cake mix, sour cream and egg whites with a fork until blended.

    May still be a little crumbly.

    Spread into jellyroll pan.

    (A butter knife dipped into water works great for spreading dough.)

    Distribute pie cherries evenly over entire batter and bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.
