  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) angel food cake
  • 1 cup canned cherry pie filling

Directions

    Beat Neufchatel, sugar and extract in large bowl with mixer until blended.

    Gently stir in COOL WHIP.

    Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.

    Stack layers on plate, spreading Neufchatel mixture between layers and on top of cake.

    Refrigerate 1 hour.

    Top with pie filling.
