- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions

1Line muffin tins with paper cups.

2Put vanilla cookie in bottom of each cup.

3Have cream cheese at room temperature. Cream the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla together.

4Mix until light and fluffy.

5Fill cups 2/3 full of mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.

7When cool, spoon 2 teaspoons cherry pie filling on top of each.

8Makes 22 to 24 cakes.
