  • 1 can cherry pie filling (add sugar to taste)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Duncan Hines white cake mix
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • vanilla ice cream

Directions

    Spread pie filling in bottom of a 9-inch square pan.

    Sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Combine dry cake mix, nuts and butter.

    Mix until crumbly.

    Sprinkle over pie filling.

    Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown at 350°.

    Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
