  • 20 sq. graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 2 cans cherry pie filling

Directions

    Mix graham crackers, butter and sugar together; pack into an 8 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake 8 minutes at 375° and cool. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar; beat well.

    Blend in the whipped cream.

    Pour mixture over cooled crumb crust; refrigerate until firm.

    Pour cherry pie filling over cream filling. Refrigerate and serve.
