- 1 unbeaten egg white
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. maraschino cherry juice
- 1/2 tsp. corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Put egg white, sugar, maraschino cherry and corn syrup in top of double boiler and mix thoroughly.

2Place over rapidly boiling water and beat constantly with beater until mixture will hold a peak (about 7 minutes).

3Remove from heat; add vanilla and almond extract.

4Beat until cool and thick enough to spread.
