  • 16 ounces, weight Ground Beef, Lean
  • 1/4 cups Cherries, Pitted, Chopped Small
  • 3 Tablespoons Jalapenos, Pickled, Chopped Small
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 4 whole English Muffins
  • 4 Tablespoons Cherry Quick Jam Or Cherry Preserves (See My Recipe Box)
  • 2 teaspoons Balsamic Glaze

Directions

    Preheat grill to medium heat.

    In a bowl, add ground beef, cherries, jalapenos, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.

    Mix until combined.

    Divide into 4 equal portions and flatten out to a hamburger shape.

    Place burgers on grill.

    Cook for about 7-8 minutes on the first side, flip and cook for an additional 3 5 minutes.

    Serve hamburger on a English muffin and top with cherry quick jam and balsamic glaze.
