- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. soda crackers, crumbled in hand
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 pkg. Dream Whip
- big can Thank You cherries
Directions

1Beat egg whites until frothy.

2Add cream of tartar and sugar. Beat until very stiff; add vanilla.

3(Now no more electric mixer.) You add crackers and mix by hand.

4Add nuts.

5Put in greased 9 x 9-inch pan.

6Bake in 350° oven 30 to 35 minutes or until light beige.

7Cool.
