- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 1/4 cups shredded coconut
