  • 2-1/2 cups boiling water
  • 3 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Cherry Flavor Gelatin
  • 2-3/4 cups cold water
  • 1 can (15 oz.) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Directions

    Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min.

    until completely dissolved.

    Stir in cold water.

    Refrigerate 1-1/4 hours or until slightly thickened.

    Reserve a few orange segments for garnish.

    Gently stir remaining oranges into gelatin.

    Beat cream cheese and sugar in separate medium bowl with whisk until blended.

    Stir in COOL WHIP.

    Spoon into 2-1/2-qt.
