- 1 large cabbage
- 2 green peppers
- 1 rib celery
- 1 onion, cut into rings
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Sprinkle sugar over chopped cabbage, peppers, celery and onion; set aside.

2Bring to a boil the vinegar, oil, salt, dry mustard and celery seed.

3Pour over sugared vegetables; toss well. Refrigerate, covered.

4Keeps for up to 2 weeks.
