Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion

Directions

    Cook egg yolks with vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper until thick.

    Chop pepper and onion very small and add to egg yolk mixture.

    Add this mixture to the cream cheese and blend in blender until smooth.

    Make this one day ahead and let age in refrigerator.

    Serve with chips for a party dip.
