- 2 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 medium onion
Directions

1Cook egg yolks with vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper until thick.

2Chop pepper and onion very small and add to egg yolk mixture.

3Add this mixture to the cream cheese and blend in blender until smooth.

4Make this one day ahead and let age in refrigerator.

5Serve with chips for a party dip.
