Cherry Pie Egg Roll

  • 1-1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 can (21 Oz. Size) Cherry Pie Filling
  • 6 pieces Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1/4 cups Powdered Sugar

Directions

    Heat oil in a small frying pan to 350°F over medium heat. While oil heats, place 2-3 teaspoons of pie filling in each wrapper and wrap according to instructions on package. When oil is hot, place one or 2 egg rolls in oil and cook until golden brown; flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, approximately 2-3 minutes per side. Drain well on a paper towel and sift powdered sugar on top!
