- 1/3 c. margarine or butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 jar maraschino cherries, chopped
Directions

1Cream shortening and margarine.

2Add sugar.

3Beat until light and fluffy.

4Add vanilla and almond extracts.

5Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.

6Add flour alternately with milk.

7Fold in 1/2 jar of cherries Bake in tube pan at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
