  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. sour cherries

Directions

    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in bowl. Add oil, milk and egg; blend together until smooth.

    Pour into 9-inch prepared pan.
