  • 2 lemons
  • 1/4 kg cherries
  • 1 salt
  • 1 sugar
  • 1 ice cubes
  • 1 liter water

Directions

    De-seed the cherries and set aside.

    Grind the cherries in mixer or food processor until pulpy.
  3. 3
    Add to this the juice of two lemons, salt and sugar to taste and the ice cubes.

    Add chilled water and blend until everything mixes together.

    Strain the drink into glasses serve chilled.
