Cherry Ripe Pancakes

Ingredients
- 30g oat flour
- 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 2 egg whites (or 1 egg)
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1-2 teaspoon Natvia or du Chocolat Drink Mix
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- Splash of almond milk
- 100g frozen cherries
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions

1Mix all of the pancake ingredients together (except the cherries and coconut flakes)

2Allow to stand for 10 minutes

3Heat the cherries in a microwave for 3 minutes

4Cook the pancakes on a low heat

5Plate one pancake and top with a few cherries and some of the syrup

6Continue this method until you have a tower of layered pancakes and cherries

7Top with the coconut flakes and the remaining cherry syrup
