Cherry Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pitted cherries
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 sugar table spoons of
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 greek yogurt single serve packet of lactose free, plain or flavored

Directions

    wash and pit cherries and add them into a blender blend until smooth.

    add all the remaining ingredients to blender and blend until the sugar dissolved
  3. 3
    pour mixture into an ice cream machine and run until thick then store sorbet in the freezer until you are ready to eat!

    Or if you don't have an ice cream machine fill a large zip lock freezer bag with 3 cups of ice and 2 table spoons of course salt.then empty the mixture into a medium plastic bag and insert the medium bag into the large ice filled bag shake the bag gently until thick then put the small bag into the freezer for an hour.
