  • 4 ounces, fluid Tart Cherry Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sugar, To Taste
  • 1/2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 4 ounces, weight Champagne

Directions

    In a measuring cup, add cherry juice and sugar; mix until combined. Give it a taste to see if it is sweet enough for you. If not, add a bit more sugar.

    Add half of the ice cream into each of two champagne glasses and evenly divide the cherry juice mixture between both glasses. Top the glasses with champagne.
