  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. crushed soda crackers
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Whip until stiff the egg whites and cream of tartar.

    Mix in rest of ingredients except cherry filling and Cool Whip.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
