- 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 egg
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 24 cherries (pie filling)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Put papers into tartlet pans.

3Combine crumbs and butter.

4Drop rounded teaspoonful into each.

5Beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until well blended.

6Fill each pan. Bake 10 minutes.

7Chill thoroughly.

8When ready to serve, top with cherry.

9Can be frozen up to 3 months without cherry.
