Ingredients

  • vanilla wafers (Nilla are larger)
  • 2 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. rum or vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Put wafers in bottom of baking cups in muffin tin.

    Beat the remaining ingredients together until light and fluffy.

    Fill cups 3/4 full with cream mixture.

    Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling and chill.

    Makes 19 servings.
