- 1 cup Pepperoni, Cut Into Cubes (I've Used Turkey Pepperoni And You'll Never Know The Difference)
- 3/4 cups Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 whole Egg

2Cut the pepperoni into pieces.

3If you started with a stick cut it into 1/2 slices first then cut the slices into quarters.

5In a large bowl, combine the flour and milk.

7Then add cheese, pepperoni and egg, mixing well.

9Spray a mini-muffin pan with non-stick baking spray.

10Make sure to spray it well so that all surfaces are covered.

12Place mixture into each cup, filling the cups about 3/4 full.

14Bake at 375F for about 20 minutes.

15Helpful hint: Place a piece of aluminum foil on the oven rack underneath the pan.
