  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • vanilla wafers

Directions

    Place vanilla wafer in a cupcake liner.

    Beat all other ingredients together.

    Add filling mixture until 2/3 full in pans and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 375°.

    When ready to serve, add canned cherry pie filling on top.

    Makes about 18 tarts.
