- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
Directions

1Place vanilla wafer in a cupcake liner.

2Beat all other ingredients together.

3Add filling mixture until 2/3 full in pans and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 375°.

4When ready to serve, add canned cherry pie filling on top.

5Makes about 18 tarts.
