- 2 baskets cherry tomatoes
- 1 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- fresh basil, salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. linguine
Directions

1Boil water for pasta.

2While water is boiling, slice tomatoes in half and place them in large bowl.

3Add olive oil and vinegar. Chop fresh basil and add to tomatoes.

4Season with salt and pepper.

5Mix and set aside.
