  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. water

Directions

    Shred cabbage and finely chopped onion and tomato.

    Mix together and sprinkle with salt, sugar and black pepper.

    Heat oil in heavy skillet.

    Add vegetables and water; stir well.
