- 1 head cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
- dash of black pepper
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Shred cabbage and finely chopped onion and tomato.

2Mix together and sprinkle with salt, sugar and black pepper.

3Heat oil in heavy skillet.

4Add vegetables and water; stir well.

5Cover and cook 20 to 30 minutes.
