  • 1 angel food cake
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 3 ounce. raspberry or possibly cherry Jello
  • 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, not liquid removed
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 lg. Cold Whip
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Combine pineapple, sugar, cornstarch and heat till thickened.

    Add in Jello (no water).

    Cold.

    Add in bananas, pecans, and pie filling.

    Prepare pudding following directions.

    Add in almond flavoring.

    In very large bowl layer: cake (in torn pcs) pudding, cherry mix and Cold Whip.

    Repeat, ending with Cold Whip.
